This algorithm defines a flow field using a network of randomly generated polynomials. The color of each line is determined by how straight it is, which is determined by dividing the distance between the two ends of the line by the total length of the line. This measurement will always take on a value between 0 (when the two ends are in the same location) and 1 (when the line is perfectly straight). Below are more images generated by the same algorithm, but with different randomly generated polynomials and different color schemes.
