This algorithm randomly places non-overlapping blobs. The blobs are created by randomly placing some points inside a circle, then using Chaikin's algorithm on the resulting polygon. These blobs, along with some larger randomly placed circles, are used to define the boundaries of four different regions, each of which is then colored with its own texture. Each texture is generated by randomly placing a large number of translucent circles over solid background.
